Common questions

A purchase did not arrive. Open Settings in the game and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple, so if the restore does not help, Apple's Report a Problem page handles refunds and receipts.

I bought Remove Ads and still see an ad option. Remove Ads removes the full-screen ads between runs. The optional Watch and continue rescue on the results screen is a reward you choose, and it stays available by design.

My scores are not on the leaderboard. The daily leaderboard and achievements need Game Center, which you sign in to in your iPhone's Settings. The game is complete without it.
